GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

It's our policy to maintain and guarantee your tour as much as we can. Likewise you have to guarantee us commitment by paying an agreed deposit of 75% of the total tour fare and the balance at least 30 days before the tour begins. In the event of less than 30 days bookings full amount shall be remitted.
In the event that you're unable to travel due to unavoidable circumstances and that reservations are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers, our company will negotiate waiver for cancellations charges but in the event where it is impossible, the following cancellation levies will apply.
These are the cancellations fee set up by the Hotels and lodges Act to protect them from loses and disputes that might occur due to circumstances beyond their control.

From the date of Tour/Accommodation:

Our Tour package Rates
Includes all expenses in respect of vehicle and driver as per itinerary, meals on safari, entrance fees to National Parks and Game Reserves. Price are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. Tours prices are only guaranteed upon full payment of tour fee.

Transportation and Car Hire Services:
Cars, Minibuses, Land-Rovers or Coaches will be provided according to the route and number of clients. The company reserves the right to employ the services of subcontractors. English - speaking drivers/guides are provided. We also provide other foreign language driver guides upon request.

Accommodation:
Based on minimum two people sharing a twin room. where possible rooms with private bath are requested. Single rooms are available at an additional cost but very limited.

Alteration and Diversion of Tours
It is our intention to adhere to the published itineraries but should we under an unforeseen circumstances forced to alter the same, the company reserves the rights to do so. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at anytime, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.

Liability Clause
Hirola Tours and Safaris and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport, etc and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. The company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the actions arises. The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services and it shall not be held responsible for loss or damages to luggage.
